How licensing works

JetReg separates subscriptions from permissions. Plans define organization capacity; individual users still need assigned roles for administration, registration, scanning, sponsor access, and reporting.

Production licensing is intended to be enforced by the JetReg service with signed, time-limited entitlements. The local prototype includes a demonstration activation flow only.
