Terms of Service

These terms govern access to JetReg, an event-operations service offered by Manistee Design LLC. By creating an organization, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate information, use an individual account, protect your authentication methods, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Organization Owners are responsible for authorized users, role assignments, event configuration, and lawful use of uploaded data.

Service and acceptable use

You may use JetReg for lawful event registration and operations. You may not interfere with the service, evade access controls or plan limits, introduce malicious code, misuse personal information, probe other organizations, or use JetReg in violation of law or third-party rights.

Plans, billing, and taxes

Plan limits, billing intervals, and add-on prices are shown before purchase. Stripe processes hosted checkout and payment information. Subscriptions renew until canceled. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for maintaining a valid payment method on paid plans.

Customer data

You retain rights in data you submit and grant us permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and meet legal obligations. You are responsible for notices, permissions, and instructions required for attendee and sponsor information.

Availability and changes

We work to keep JetReg available and protect live-event operations, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. We may update the service, security controls, supported integrations, or these terms. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable channels.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access to protect the service, address fraud or abuse, comply with law, or respond to material nonpayment. Ordinary billing transitions should not abruptly interrupt an event already in active operation. Data export and deletion follow the applicable plan and retention policy.

Disclaimers and liability

JetReg is provided to the extent permitted by law without warranties beyond those expressly stated in an order or written agreement. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages except where such limits are prohibited by law. Any negotiated order or service agreement controls if it conflicts with these online terms.
